On Thursday Nov 30th, the LEES+Associates team gathered at Bowen Island Lodge for our 16th annual winter retreat.

We explored the theme, “Looking Forward,” through short presentations, fun graphic exercises and visionary brainstorming sessions, punctuated by coffee, lunch—and cool walks in the rain.

Heidi Redman from our Whitehorse office and Reinaldo Jordan from our Toronto office joined the Vancouver team in a day of reviewing the successes of the past year and envisioning an even more successful year ahead.

Everyone enjoyed lively discussions about enhancing skills, creativity and innovation, facilitating knowledge-transfer, and capitalizing on the significant “invested resources” of the ELAC team to serve our clients even better over 2018.
