1. Intermediate Landscape Designer/Architect – Guelph Office
LEES+Associates seeks a talented and motivated Intermediate Landscape Designer/Architect to join our Guelph office team. As part of an expanding Ontario-based team, this is a tremendous opportunity to position yourself for career growth and advancement while working on a range of projects across Canada and the US.
As an intermediate candidate, you will lead projects and contribute defined elements of work to projects led by others. You will develop knowledge and skills across a variety of project areas while developing expertise in one of our core market areas. Qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience post-graduation from a recognized Landscape Architecture program (or closely related degree)
- Registered or eligible for professional registration with the OALA
- Experience in cemetery, parks, trails, open space, and recreation planning and design would be an asset
- Experience from conceptual design to construction document preparation and contract administration
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with 3D modeling (Sketchup, Lumion, Rhino, etc.) would be considered an asset.
- Technical report writing and formatting experience
- Willingness to assume progressively responsible roles in our firm
- Strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills
- Ability to work with guidance from senior staff in a self-directed manner to prepare technical deliverables from reports to presentations and graphics
- ISA or desire to obtain accreditation would be considered an asset

LEES+Associates is seeking a passionate, creative and collaborative Landscape Designer/Architect to join our Northern office in Whitehorse, Yukon. This is an opportunity to join our growing northern practice working on a range of parks, open space, civic and cultural projects across Canada’s Territories and northern regions. Qualifications include:
- 1-5 years of full-time experience post-graduation;
- Bachelor or Masters degree from a recognized Landscape Architecture program (or closely related degree);
- Interest in design and planning of parks, open spaces, trails, civic spaces and cultural landscapes;
- Demonstrated graphic and technical skills;
- Keen understanding of conceptual and schematic design, 3D rendering, detailing and construction document preparation;
